What are considered acceptable short term pumping gains?
I started pumping on a fairly cheap adam&eve air pump. Thing doesn’t even have a pressure meter, but it wasn’t expensive and I was curious. Nonetheless, I get this thing and I’ve been using it every day. Its been five days, and I’m starting the first day of my two day break today. I do about ten minutes of pumping and dumping, dropping all the pressure 1 sec after I hit maximum pressure before I get slightly uncomfortable. I follow that up with my normal stretching routine I’ve been doing for years, with a short jelq session and then a cooldown.
I started my first break today since getting a pump, and I’m nearly 1/2 an inch longer. A week ago I was 7.5 inches, and today I measured in at one notch below 8 inches. I understand that these probably aren’t permanent gains, but I’m curious if this is just too much length in general to gain in such little time. I haven’t had any discomfort or visual damage at all, but it doesn’t necessarily seem like a healthy amount to put on rapidly. Any advice is appreciated. My first post after reading for quite awhile ^-^
