Being comfortable in your own skin is very attractive to people. Being uncomfortable with yourself is easy to spot and can be a turn off. So regardless of anyone’s size be proud of it and comfortable with yourself. The confidence will go a long ways. Even if it is fake confidence. But don’t be arrogant, no one likes a dick.
Yes that’s called ZMA I get mine from bodybuilding.com. I use JYM brand. It has zinc and magnesium which are building blocks to aid in muscle growth. I’m sure it would aid in all cell repair in the body.
