What Are Some Recommended Exercises To Catch Up To My BPFSL
Ok so I’ve been doing the jp90 exercises and have seen an increase in both BPEL from 7” to 7.25” and my BPFSL from 7.5” to8” but my NBPEL is 6” -6.5”(measure while standing up sitting down gives longer measurements). I recently stopped smoking and hopefully will see EQ improve as well. Are there exercises to catch up to my 8” BPFSL I know my NBPEL is probably due to my fat pad and I am trying to lose weight any suggestion/advice will help
