what are the average measures for a flaccid dick?

im about 4” and something and i really think im small in flaccid state..is if i get length results will they be in both erect and flaccid state? any response is apreciated , thanks!

You will find that as your erect length/girth increases so does your flacid length/girth. Flaccid length is highly variable dependent on temperature et al. but my flaccid length has actualy improved faster than my erect length.
