Every women I’ve talked to about this happens to prefer cut. They cite smegma as the main downside of an uncut cock. They also have mentioned increased friction from a cut cock.

I suspect, however, that they’d prefer uncut if that were the norm in their culture. I certainly would not try to regrow a foreskin or get a circumcision simply to please women. It’s not that big of a deal.

Hybrid is right, every woman is different in what they like or don’t. I think that most women have a general preference in whether a penis is circumcised or not but do not make that the grounds for whether they will or won’t sleep with or have a relationship with a man.

I agree, some like them bigger, some like them smaller, thinner, fatter, etc. But you can’t go wrong with having a big penis.
