Anything with protein, and some Essential Amino acids for muscle building/tissue repair.
My average day goes:
Breakfast:
Protein pancakes (Cup of egg whites, cup of oats, half a banana, and some cinnamon). Or 4-5 eggs, multivitamin, 30mg zinc, fish oil and 500mg of Vitamin C.
Then I take 5 grams of BCAAs, 2 grams of Beta-alanine, 3 grams of L-Arginine, 1.5 Grams of L-Citrulline, pre workout/PE.
Then I do my routines, and take 25 grams of whey protein after my workout.
For lunch I will have something with a lot of lean meat and vegetables. A snack 2 hours later, something like trail mix/greek yogurt.
And for dinner more lean meat and a salad, with a tbsp for cod oil, 300mg of magnesium, and 1tbsp of Psyllum husk powder.
At night I take 4 grams of L-Arginine and 2 grams of L-Citrulline before bed with some slow release casein whey protein.
I’m also a body builder, so that’s whats up with all the Amino acids, but they do wonders for penis growth aswell, I’ve gained 1” BPEL and BPFL in less than a month.
