What do you guys think?
I have been doing the newbie routine pretty consistently and perform it exactly how it is detailed on Thunders. I do the kegeling between each jelq (so as to get the kegels out of the way while jelqing). After about 200 jelqs I do some clamping manually (without an actual clamp). I don’t exactly know how long to do this clamping, however. I have been taking a multivitamin and omega 3 fish oil tablets everyday. I also usually have 1-2 whey protein shakes a day and try to drink plenty of water. I want to stick with stretching and jelqing because I don’t have the privacy to buy any equipment. How can I change my routine with time and still get good results? Thanks for the help and opinions.
Also, I am 6.25” BPEL and 4.75” EG.
