What gives the best Gains Penis Extender Devices, Manual Exercises, or Both.

I’m wondering if anyone out there has used a Penis Extending Device without any manual exercises and actually had gains from it??

Here’s my routine:
1. I warm up with the newbie routine.
2. I throw on the Penis Extender Device for 3 hours.
3. I take off the PE and do some more manual stretches, jelqing, etc.
4. I put the PE back on for 3 hours.
5. I take off the PE and do some more manual stretches.
I also jelq and stretch in the shower.

I’m just curious if I can get gains from JUST using a Penis Extender Device without any manual exercises ?

You can gain length, but no girth, using an extender. Beside that, the device will do nothing for your EQ, despite what sellers claim.

What are the goals?

Obviously you want gains! What type of gains are you looking for? You could save a lot of time by just using the newbie routine and seeing whether you gain from that within weeks or months. Measure your starting stats and photograph them.
Then do a weekly check on your stats. Machines should be used after you have stopped gaining and are running low on options. (my opinion) Good luck! It sounds like you are agressively involved so be careful not to injure yourself as many do!

As you know, I have been working entirely with length exercises, using an extender almost exclusively, with only sparse manual stretches, yet over the past 16 months I have managed to gradually increase .25” in girth. I know someone is not going to get a lot of girth from an extender, but it seems like one might have the possibility to get more than “no girth”.

Maybe the manual stretches affect girth more than I thought, but I really don’t do a lot of them.

Good for you buddy. As you also know, extenders are a few of PE techniques that have been object of clinical studies. Most of those studies aren’t of stellar quality, but a few of them I think are good. A constant finding is no girth gains, only length. If you think the subject is worth, maybe a thread on this topic could be worth, perhaps with a poll - to see how many people using an extender report girth gains. Just an idea of course.

The idea a person would only gain length, whether from stretching the cells, or actually getting cells to split, would only happen in one direction has always seemed silly to me. I think this person’s routine is likely a good one. I started PE with an extender and a manual exercise program gleaned from another, now defunct penis enlargement site. I gained an inch in about 6 weeks with it. If you’re gaining, don’t change what you’re doing.

Well, as far as I know, you know that both you and I know just how well threads with polls are known to be responded to by the majority of members here, if you know what I mean. ;)

May be worth a shot though.

I had though that some studies had claimed proportional girth growth along with length, but now that you make me really think about it, it may very well have been a commercial site spewing “facts” that I am remembering. Thanks, I’ll trust your memory over mine any day marinera. :)

I actually gained a few milliters in girth with an extender; but ony just under the glans and (big point IMHO) with a noose -style extender. I think this is due to the noose partially blocking the blood flow. Ain’t the same growth you are going to have with jelqs - I mean most of people aren’t going to gain girth in the whole shaft or most of it.

Just have underhand the full Gontero’ study, which is generally considered the best on the topic:

"….
Among conservative methods, it has been claimed that penile extenders can increase penile circumference by 0.6–1 cm/month [22]. It is not clear why these devices should be effective in enhancing penile girth; it has been hypothesized that chronic traction causes soft tissue cellular proliferation with tissue growth in a multiplanar fashion [19]. These findings, however, were not confirmed by a study by Gontero et al. [7], who found only negligible changes in penile girth after 6 months of traction therapy.

Nikoobakht et al. [16] did not find significant changes in proximal penile circumference, either, although a significant difference was found in glans penile circumference. It is interesting, however, that no girth decrease was reported with traction therapy, as one would have instinctively thought."

(Yep it is, since we also have a few threads started by people who claim stretchers made their penises skinner ;) ).

From the link marinera posted, in the part where extenders are used for Peyronie’s disease:

”Stretched flaccid penile length increased 0.5–2.0 cm and erect girth 0.5–1.0 cm. These results, however, were only partially confirmed by a prospective study by Gontero et al.”

I always wondered why they only mention stretched length increases and not erect lenght increases.
Now I wonder even more, because they do seem to measure the erect girth. Why then not also report the erect length increase, since most people are more interested in that than the BPFSL increase?

I want to aim for both length and girth so I best stick to my routine and see where it goes. Manual stretches with the Penis Extender definitely take a lot of time and dedication.

I am also using fast size extender for 1 month until now I have seen small amount of visual length. Not measure yet.

I agree with marinera. I used the Penis Extender alone without any manual exercises for about 3 months and saw good flaccid length gains. Now after three months of no girth gains, I’ve added the manual stretching and I’m already noticing flaccid girth gains. I just hope that these flaccid gains eventually turn to erect gains.

If your stretched lenght grows, your erect length HAS to grow before or after. How could be otherwise?

After my measurement today I would have to agree. There is a direct relationship in there somewhere. Oh yeah! The length of my erect penis and manually stretched penis. Good grief. I wish I could blow it out 7-1/4” when I am erect. I will try harder. :)

All the gains I’ve had are mostly flaccid gains(1 inch). My dick obviously gets bigger with a full erection but I just haven’t gained much in erection length (1/4 inch). I have almost 4 months into PE already so 2 more and I’m at the 6 month mark. I feel like my flaccid gains are coming quicker and the erect gains take longer to achieve over all.
