What happened to my EQ
My EQ has gone to shit. I’m going to take that as a negative PI - which means that I should probably take additional rest days until it returns. I was getting some positive PI’s like better flaccid hang and vascularity before. I feel like I’m close to skating that fine line that is the PE sweet spot. It’s hard because, as a newbie, you want to stick to your routine, but you also need to be able to be flexible and listen to the PI’s. Just finding the right starting point seems to be an art in itself. The second guessing can be deafening.
Hmmm. I might back off a bit after this quick break and see if I can sneak up on the threshold between positive and negative PI’s.
Correct me if I’m wrong, but the idea is to ride positive PI’s until you just cross over into reduced EQ and then to allow recovery followed by riding the positive PI’s again, right? Is that the circle of life?
