What is a CDS orgasm?

Basically the question is in the title. I was wondering what a CDS orgasm was and how you make it happen.

CDS stands for Cul De Sac. It’s basically the pocket formed just ventrally to the cervix when a woman’s vagina is fully “tented.” Many men on this site have reported delivering earth shattering orgasms to their women by stimulating this spot.
