What is a "lig pop" ? Worried
Hi guys,
I read somewhere about a “ligament pop” when doing stretches, and it doesn’t sound very good at all!
I read the glossary (Glossary), but it doesn’t mention anything about “lig pops”.
I would like to know what it is and should I be worried when doing manual stretches ?
Also, if it does happen, is it easy to recover from ?
I’m on 5min newbie routine and going on 7.5min manual stretches very soon.
Please advise!
