What is the best way to increase girth without damage your penis

Ok robbie2073, not to sound harsh, but maybe you should become a member of one of those pay sights for penis enlargement. I mean, if they charge you money for their “secret” exercises they must surely work! I mean why would a free site give information that actually works without benefiting some way?(that was sarcasm). Being skeptical will get you nowhere brother. Please stop posting about how you think these exercises will not work, because frankly I don’t want to hear it and i’m probably not the only one that doesn’t want to hear how skeptical you are about it. JUST TRY IT FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!!!!!! Please read up on the newbie routine AND TRY IT BEFORE YOU COME TO A CONCLUSION and post back in about 2-3 months with your thoughts on PE then, ok? If you follow the routine correctly you more than likely will see results. Good luck.

I don’t say exercises don’t work I’m sure you think they work and a lot of people on this forum think they work cause you are not selling nothing to me and also cause you saw results.The problem is that after 6 month you can add 1 cm to your penis and you think is a great result thinking you can add 5 cm in two years but what you gained in 6 month is just because you just cause an inflamation to your penis and this cause you a not permantent enlargement.Simple.I will belive in exercise when I will se people with pictures o fo a 15 cm penis after 2 years with a 20cm and a great girth but righ now pictures I saw in the forum looks strange a lot of people with the same size mesure it in adifferent way and they add virtualy cm

So, members that have done PE for years don’t know that their penis is just inflammated; instead you, that never did PE, know for sure that PE doesn’t really work. This because you have read on a site that a guy posted that he lost what he gained and a (supposed) Physician who never tried PE himself said it is impossible to make your penis bigger.

Ok, it makes a lot of sense.

Anyway, I want to ask you 2 things:

1) why the title of this thread is a question, when you aren’t asking anything?

Ok, so what you’re saying is a 1 cm gain isn’t anything to be proud of? WOW!!! I’ll tell you what, I’d rather have $1 in my pocket than $0 dollars in my pocket. The growth does come slowly for most people. I’d rather gain 1 cm than nothing, how about you? Just please try the newbie routine and be positive about this. After you’ve tried it for awhile than come back with your skepticism.

To increase girth without damaging your penis, and without creating a large increase in length, you will want to avoid all forms of stretching. Your focus should be on jelqing. It is common knowledge here that jelqing at low erection levels(10-40%) will tend to increase length more than girth and that jelqing at relatively high erection levels(40-70%) will tend to increase girth more than length.

Obviously you would want to do the latter. Having said that, it would be unwise to begin your PE career with jelqing at an erection level above 50%. At this point in time, your penile tissues are not conditioned for high internal pressures. Therefore I advise that you begin with low erection level(under 50%) jelqing, and continue with that for at least 2 months before moving onto anything else. You would also be wise to begin an extensive “kegel” exercise program. Do a search for them; there are countless threads here on their benefits and execution.
