What routine do you low lot P.E.r's do?

What routine do the low lot people out there do, that has worked? Thanks.

I’m wondering the same thing. I haven’t really figured out this whole “LOT” theory, but I think I have a low lot. Which hopefully this won’t prevent any gains. I can feel a very strong tug at 12:00 when I do a kegel. It’s not as strong at 9:00, but I’m not sure if it is tugging back or not. So, I think that it’s below 9:00, but I’m not sure. Anyways, am I going to see smaller gains if I have a low lot? If one does have a low lot, what should he do to ensure gains? Thanks

I am rather skeptical of the LOT theory in general, so I am not sure that you need to worry about what routine to follow based on your LOT. That being said, my initial LOT was low at between 7:00 - 7:30. I gained 1/2 inch the first month, another 3/8 inch the second month, and another 1/4 inch with sporadic effort the following two months - that’s a total of 1 -1/8 inches in four months. This was accomplished strictly with manual stretches - mostly V stretches - for 15 - 20 minutes continuously (switching hands as needed) while sitting in a tub of hot water. I mostly pulled at about 90 degrees. I did this 3-5 days a week during the first two months, and 1-2 days a week the following two months.

I know alot of people who are sceptical of the LOT theory, but if you know how to correctly identify your LOT, it will help your gains tremendously. No offense to you, wood, but you probably weren’t correctly identifying your LOT. A lot (no pun intended) of guys say there LOT is when they see no movement, but that isn’t their true LOT. The true LOT is where there is no gland pull back, which needs to be distinguised from shaft and gland movement. If you don’t see your head pulling back in like a turtle then that’s your LOT. I got that correct, right Bigger? Anyway, read up on it and then give it a shot. The theory behind it is sound, especially once you start to learn the structure of the penis.

I’ve been stretching for 20 minutes straight in the angles from 8 O’clock and up. Afterward, I’ll jelq for 20 minutes and all is good. My flaccid seems pretty big all the time and I think I’m gaining in BP length.

From what I have read. If you have a low lot you should perform stretches/hanging at higher angles. So you should be doing straight up stretches. I have problems distinguishing my LOT because I don’t know where I should be looking to see whether or not the LOT has arrived.

See, this is what I do not understand. I have tried to figure this out and thought I had it. At any point, I really don’t see the glans move at all since I am holding right below the glans while stretching it. I looked for a video to determine LOT. Is there a video on here that shows us how to determine where out LOT is? It would be very helpful. Once I figure out what my true LOT is, I think that I can figure out which stretches to focus on. Thanks.

I guess I should be more specific. I can feel the shaft pull back hard at high lots, and very little at low lots, but I don’t think that I have seen anything hapen with the glans. Sorry if I seem too confused.
