As far as the second question it is always a good idea to take a good multi-vitamin and maybe some additional anti-oxidants and possibly additional supplements. As far as it’s affects on PE I don’t know. In theory if you are eating healthy and taking good suppluments your body will be able to heal itself quicker which would result in more rapid gains in PE.

Seems a lot of people here swear by L-arginine.

It seems the first thing to shrivel when you dehydrate is your wang (well it certainly does in my case). So try to drink 3+ litres of water every day and that doesn’t included fizzy or sugary drinks. In fact fizzy and sugary drinks tend to counter the effects, as does caffeine and alcohol, so if you drink a lot of coffee, coke or booze you should try and drink even more.

Something I’d also recommend is a high dose of vitamin C. This again helps you to heal, but to make a significant difference you’ll need to take quite a bit more than the 60mg rda. I take 2 grammes a day (33x the rda), which would be dangerous with a lot of vitamins, but since Vit-C is water soluble any excess is washed away. However this also means that you either need to stagger your intake through the day or take slow release pills.

Thanks for the info, LB. I probably drink far too much caffiene for my both my mental health (probably contributes to anxiety) and now potential PE gains. I am going to go have a protein shake, a multivitamin, and LOTS of water.

I start to think about adding some of those vitamins and nutrients as you have mentionned. But I got a lillte doubt, Do we have to see a doctor for the dosage? and how do we ensure that there will be no effect on our health?

7 x 6 EG is perfect!

Routine : Manual-V-Inverted V-JAI-BTC stretches (alot of stretches :D ). Wet Jelq, Pumping (once a week to maintain my girth)

Going from 7.4 BPEL to 9 NBPEL will be a very big task. Your girth goal seems very reasonable.

multivitamins include a few different things that are said to increase seminal volume, ie. zinc & gensing, but i dont think they help with you actual size gains…
