It seems the first thing to shrivel when you dehydrate is your wang (well it certainly does in my case). So try to drink 3+ litres of water every day and that doesn’t included fizzy or sugary drinks. In fact fizzy and sugary drinks tend to counter the effects, as does caffeine and alcohol, so if you drink a lot of coffee, coke or booze you should try and drink even more. Something I’d also recommend is a high dose of vitamin C. This again helps you to heal, but to make a significant difference you’ll need to take quite a bit more than the 60mg rda. I take 2 grammes a day (33x the rda), which would be dangerous with a lot of vitamins, but since Vit-C is water soluble any excess is washed away. However this also means that you either need to stagger your intake through the day or take slow release pills.

Thanks for the info, LB. I probably drink far too much caffiene for my both my mental health (probably contributes to anxiety) and now potential PE gains. I am going to go have a protein shake, a multivitamin, and LOTS of water.
