What should I look like when and after pumping?

Hey guys.

I’ve recently started taking my pumping and foreskin restoration routine a bit more seriously, but I’m concerned I’m not doing things right. When I pump, I’m noticing blotchy spots when fully engorged and I sometimes have pain at the base of my penis. After removing the bathmate, I have small slightly bulging spots that go away after about 30 seconds, and I’m wondering if I’m doing something wrong. I have a Bathmate X30 because while my length isn’t amazing, I’m already quite girthy, and I have a pretty severe downward curve.

Does anyone have any recommendations on how much pressure I should be using realistically and visual cues that maybe too much or too little pressure is being used?

Also, sometimes after stretching for a while, after removing my bell tugger, I will have bulging red spots on my skin. Is this a sign of too much tugging pressure?

Also there’s no way to gauge the pressure on a bathmate. A good air pump with a gauge would serve you better.

Leluv is what I own. It can be bought off eBay for around $75-$85 and that’s for a whole setup.

There are lots of reliable brands.
As for pressure, it’s recommended to do between 3-5”Hg for about a half hour. Higher pressures can cause vascular injury.

If you’re looking to gain length and correct a curve, stretching is the way to go. Pumping will increase length, but it’s much more a girth-targeting process, and it doesn’t do much of anything for curvature.

I don’t quite mind the curve as I want a bit more length. Combined with losing some weight (my BMI is about 29) for more showage, increasing length is what I’m looking for. I’m about 6.5” BPEL and I want to be closer to 7.5-8, plus I want way better vascular definition, as none of my veins poke out when I’m erect. I’m also trying to restore my foreskin.

I do the pumping and jelqing newbie routine. Should I be changing what I am doing?
