I want to try a good rountine but I want it simple like wet jeqling but i am alittle about stretching stuff, didn’t want to hurt my penis. anyone help me?

oh yeah, I used 100 wet jeqling strokes but wondering if anything help?

I just have bad grammar, that’s all..All I need help here.

The best advice you will get here is one, read the newbie routine and stick with that for a couple of weeks, and two, there isn’t a one size fits all routine, some guys gain from jelqing, some from hanging, some from pumping, others do stretches and other stuff. You will need to figure out what is best for you in the long run.

Not wanting to hurt yourself is a Good Thing. Just don’t subject yourself to anything too rigorous and you’ll be ok. Listen to your body. If you feel too sore or notice newbie spots, back off a little bit. As you start to get newbie gains you’ll want to start doing more & more, but don’t get too enthusiastic. I advanced my routine too quickly and had to take what would have been my 3rd week of PE off to recover. Slow & steady wins the race.

And, 100 jelqs per session is not bad. You could even skip every other day and still see gains in erect and in flaccid hang. After one year of jelqing, I can go for an hour with vigorous 90% jelqing and not get those red or purple spots.

I would add manual stretching to your routine. Just grab a little skin behing the head and stretch in all directions until your comfortable adding more time and tug.

However I noticed some people gain fast while some other gain slow, was it depend how they do it or it just that their’s body is different?
