What to do after first 6 weeks, and what are my possibilities
Hey, I’m currently on the newbie routine right now. I’ve just completed my first week of it. I know I’m looking a bit too far down the road, but what is the next step after the first 6 weeks? I really don’t want to get into all that really hardcore stuff, like clamping, and the weights and stuff, because all that just kinda scares me. Another little question is that I’m currently on summer break from school and wanted to get back to school with a new and improved unit for my girlfriend. I plan on following the newbie routine carefully and any other suggestions you guys give me for doing after the first 6 weeks, what do you guys think I will be able to accomplish by September. My starting stats are 7 BPEL (6.5 NBPEL) and about 5.5 girth. Thanks in advance
