What to do in planning before and getting privacy for concentration.

Hello everyone, I have been looking at PE for a month or so now and have absorbed much information about it. I would like to take the plunge and start doing it.

However before I commit, I’d like to be well prepared thus I would like to know a few things.

What could/should I buy? I plan on getting a job soon of which the pay much of it could go towards my efforts. Is there anything I should invest in to expedite the process? So far, I’m looking at pills/ supplements weight hangers and pumps. I want it all ideally.

Secondly, the fact I live with my mother and brother in a apartment, I would like to know what is best to do to get privacy while exercising. If not that, should I simply save up to move out before starting?

Do your PE routine in the shower, that should provide some level of privacy, unless you leave it unlocked so someone can use the toliet while you shower.

Try setting your alarm 30 mins before everyone gets up. If you have your own bedroom then you can do your stretches/jelqs in your room before the rest of the house is awake.

What of hanging and privacy? If I buy something whats the best way to hide it?

Most pills are a gimmick unless you’re talking about vitamins such as Lecithin, L-Arginine, Zinc, Pygeum, or things like that. There isn’t a magic pill that will make you grow. It takes time and effort.

In addition, there is no rush to buy anything. You need to do the newbie routine and take it slow, if nothing else, to learn your body and what it can handle. I’m like you and wanted to jump all in. But, I was unsure if it would even work for me. So I started with the newbie routine. I quickly bought a clamp, but, that’s been all I’ve added. I’ve gained .25 girth in 2 months. In the next month I will progress and get a little more intense, because through the newbie routine, I’ve found some of what works for me and know how my body deals now with rest periods and intensity.

Absolutely not. As mentioned above, the newbie routine. Do all the research you can on the newbie routine. It is simple and effective, and you will learn ALL of the reasons as to why it is your best decision to start with.

No need to do anything special for length when starting out. Start with newbie routine. Learn your stretches. Learn what you can take and listen to your unit. It will tell you when it’s had enough! That’s the biggest thing, especially in length. If you haven’t learned the negative signs through the newbie routine then you’ll not know when you’re exceeding limits through more rigorous exercises. That could in turn stop growth and make it incredibly difficult to achieve. PE isn’t a sprint, nothing you do at all can get you immediate results, rushing will only bring injury. It’s a marathon and proper technique takes time. Nothing of the same nature works on everyone. That’s why there are so many exercises and routines. You have to find what works for you. That you’ll learn much of in the first 3 months of the newbie routine.

Thank you for the input everyone. Would Coconut oil be enough to start with maybe I could just try that.

That would be fine. Lube works well, I use lotion some times to soften the skin, especially when I plan to traction wrap afterwards. Some use olive oil instead of coconut because it doesn’t absorb as quickly as coconut. Vasoline world well also.
