I just injured my wrist from catching a clean with a hyper extended wrist. Ive been jelqing for 2 months without gains. So now I cant jelq due to not having one arm, should I try squeezes?

5.25" MSEG

Do a lot of stretching . Maybe it will shock some gains.

Current 7.25 x 5.5 - 6.25 Base girth?

I stopped stretching since it doesnt feel safe to me, atleast stretching to the left.

Wait until your wrist heals and go back to doing what you felt comfortable doing. There really is no rush.

Especially if you’ve hit a plateau. Take this as an opportunity to take a deconditioning break so that when your wrist heals and you can resume, hopefully you’ll start getting gains.


STARTING: BPEL: 5.9in EG: 5.0in

2018: BPEL: 6.7in EG: 5.3in

NOW (start 1/2024): BPEL: 6.9in. EG: 5.4in

Or, use one hand and concentrate on the perfect jelq. Using the best form you possibly can. It’s best to use two hands for even distribution, but with one hand and some concentration, you can basically imitate what two hands would do. Take your time. Or, a Decon break like mentioned above would be precise if your at a plateau right now. But if your gaining, I would learn to use one hand for the time being.

would you count it as a plateau if I never made gains in the first place?
