Ok. So I’ve been on PE for about 4 weeks now. Here’s my routine: 15 reps of power stretches, 5 minutes of jelqing, 10 reps of v-stretches, and then 5 more min of jelqing (along with kegels, warm up/down, etc). I have noticed some gains in length (likely just better erections.). So here’s my question for the experts: should I change it up a bit?
I was thinking instead of power stretches, trying the JAI stretch technique or BTC stretches (since they put more stress and are easy), and maybe trying dry jelqs. Any opinions from those who have experience?
