What to expect from newbie routine and how to prevent self image issues?

Hello guys, so I’ve recently found out about PE and have been doing the newbie routine for a week so far. I just wanna ask what I should expect to gain from the newbie routine realistically. My starting point is BPEL 6.5 x MEG 5.5, I just want to get to BPEL 7 and I would be happy but more is always better. Recently have been having image issues as there is not much to keep the mind occupied during quarantine and have been feeling inadequate. I really just wanna be that Indian guy with the big dick but I also wanna make sure I actually become more confident through PE not just endlessly unsatisfied and chasing more and more gains. I see a lot of people in PE going to some extremes and buying all sorts of gizmos and I don’t wanna fall into that kind of pit. Do you guys ever have a feeling that you would never be big enough despite your gains? And are manuals sufficient? Would love some insight from those who have been at it for a while. Thanks.

It’s hard to predict what you will or will not gain from the newbie routine. There are a lot of variables that can impact this. Regardless, the newbie routine is excellent for getting safely acquainted with PE. Hats off to you for starting off right.

No rush anyways, PE is a long game requiring patience.

Many find this out about themselves. What ultimately is learned is that it’s not our size that’s the problem. My own experience is that I have gone through the mental process of realizing that my need for size is of my own fetish and it’s not my wife’s desires or of most of my past partners. What they all cared most about was my ability to perform in bed and believe in myself while I was/am making love to them. Most of all I realized who I was outside of the bedroom had some of the greatest impact on my success in the bedroom. Mental foreplay leading into the physical.

I PE as a hobby, with yes a goal of becoming larger to fulfill my own personal fetishes, but it’s not essential to being a superior lover.

I guess this is different for everyone. Getting to the root and being objective is typically a good path. One way to get down to it is asking the question, why might I never feel like I’m big enough?
