Doing the work and taking natural vitamins, minerals and maintaining a good healthy diet with regular exercise will give you the best results.

That could be of a great help but when it comes to maintenance, approaching to herbal supplements or medications is much more beyond for of no doubt, side effects will be evicted from your list. :)
