What went wrong

Hello to everyone. I’m looking for some advice and I know someone can help. My story goes like this; I started PEing wit a routine on 5/4/10 with a 5 to 10 min. Warm up, stretch in all directions for 20 sec. Each and jelq for an hour or 2 depending on privacy but no less than an hour. I do this routine 2 on 1 off. Before I go to sleep I do a tunica stretch routine for bout 30 mins. Every night just to keep everything nice and loose and also do some quick tunica stretches every time I take a leak. I started out with 7 EL and 4.5 EG. In 2 months of routine I measured at 7.75 EL and 4.75 EG. I thought I was a quick gainer and this is going to be easy to reach my goal but boy was I wrong. The problem is that I’ve not gained anything since the newbie gains. What happened?

To make you feel better, I also started newbie routine back in May, I have only gained 1/4”.

You have already gained 3/4” under 5 months period. That is already a huge accomplishment. It took some of the members 1-2 years to make 3/4” length gain. So nothing is wrong with you. Be blessed of your gains.

When did you measure 7.75” EL? If it has been more than 2 months, then I suggest you take a few weeks of break. And then come back with a different routine. Judging your routine, I find it is on the “aggressive side”. Jelq 1-2 hours + 30 min tunica stretch (and piss pulls).

Your unit needs some rest.

(starting: Jun 2007) 5.75" BPEL x 5" EG / (Sept 11, 2011) 6.375" BPEL x 5.125" EG / (July 1st, 2014) 6.25" BPEL x 5.125" EG (lost a bit of size)

In 6 months you’ve gained .75” EL, and .25” EG and you’re disappointed that you’ve not met your goal!??

I’m curious, how much did you anticipate gaining in 6 months?

You need to thank your lucky stars and while you’re doing that, re-evaluate your routine to include a little more rest time.

That’s how I feel. I want to slap those who made over 1/2” in less than 6 months.. and still wining about slow results.

:-P

You just need to change your routine. I would drop some of the jelqs and do more regular stretches in all five directions.

I don’t know if you have already but you need to gradually increase the intensity of your stretches for them to keep working.

I would do that and milk all the length gains you can before you add anymore girth exercises.

That’s just my opinion.

Start. Nov 09, bpel 6 1/2" EG 4 7/8"

Current bpel 7 5/8" EG 5 1/8"

I gained that in 2 months and for 4 months I’ve gained nothing more. That’s why I want to know why I’m getting no more results, not slow results.

Didn’t expect that in 2 months, I expected the size I am now within 6 months. Like I said I thought I may have been just a quick gainer. But I stopped gaining after 2 months.

grow29, Your newbie gains stopped is all. Now the real work begins if you want to get any bigger.

kubchaser and clgp7, I am with you on the whining on great gains right out of the starting gate. I have been doing PE for almost 2 years and still haven’t gotten to .75 increase yet. :(

Take care and happy gains,

4Foreskin ;)

If I were you I would take 2 weeks completely off. Then go get yourself a folder and some log sheets and start keeping a log. Once you’ve rested and gotten your log start out with a routine like the example below.

1. 10 Minute warm up.
2. 10 JAI stretches.
3. 5 Minutes of basic stretches in all directions.
4. 10 Minutes of jelqing.
5.10 JAI stretches.
6. 2 Minute cool wrap.
7. 1 Minute of kegeling
8. 10 Minutes of edging.

Start out with one day on two days off one day on for the first week. Then if you have good body cues(that’s where the log comes in)gradually move up to 5 days a week and build up the duration and intensity of your exercises. Again go slow with the increases. Keep a log, and pay very close attention to your body cues. I know this seems like a marshmallow routine, but trust me on this. You have to start out easy and build up based on body cues. If you do too much too fast than your gains will stop, you can get temporary erectile dysfunction, and you’ll have to take another break and start all over. I’ve gained quite a bit in a pretty short amount of time using these methods.

If you want to know where I got this info check out the book Exercising The Penis by Aaron Kemmer.

Take care and happy gains,

Don’t want to be a downer.. but this is quite encouraging for a rather slower gainer like me to hear.. nice to know there are members who don’t gain 1” in less a year. It just seems like 1” in less than 6 months is rather a “norm”. Anyone who doesn’t gain 1” in a year is either doing it wrong or not being persistent when in fact some of us have tried very hard to gain.

I am very determined and persistent to gain my first inch! I won’t give up!

Those are amazing gain man. PE is best done slow, as you only have one penis and wanting to rush may damage it. But congratulations man!

I couldn’t agree more!

Grow29, you got some good advice here. A small deconditioning break would do you good, to give your mind and penis a little rest.
Try laying off PE for 2 weeks, do only edging but no real exercises. I found that edging is a great way to maintain size and erection quality.
After the break start with a routine, mikew gave a good one. Also, his advice about keeping a log is very good. PE is individual, so you have to figure out what works best for you, and a log is a great tool in that search.

One more thing - your rate of gains is great. PE is a marathon, not a race.

:chicken: My chicken is on the path of becoming a big cock! :rooster:

I have gained 3/4 inch EL in 4 years with hard work and I know a lot about PE. you should be very thankful. further gains are just a matter of time and your workout. just make some changes and I am sure you will be gaining again.
