What would you do if you were me?
Hello guys,
I first started PE last year. I started stretching hard and had some minor injury (I still feel it today.. It’s probably a problem in my pelvic floor).
I stopped exercising, but I really want to come back. I’d like to start using an All Day Stretcher, because I think it’s safer (I can control the force, and I can go step-by-step).
Do you guys think this is a reliable method to grow? I really don’t want to do exercises anymore because of my injury.
Plus, I’m also a self-made entrepreneur, and I have money that I’d like to spend here. Considering you were me, and you could buy expensive stuff and/or consult with expensive doctors, where would you go? What would you do exactly?
Maybe buying and ADS and consult with the guys from Me Coach?
I’m was also considering cutting the suspensory ligaments, but I decided it was not worth the risk.
