Welcome. I don’t know if it’s a record, and I’m almost ashamed to admit it, but over the years I have gained 9”. Fortunately, through careful diet and exersize I’ve been able to lose most of it and get back down to a 33”-34” …… waist. :chuckle:

I think Bib holds the record here for biggest penis length gains - about 4.5”.

BTW, are you any relation to Skywalker (Luke)? :space:

I have no idea which one to pick and I dont want to hurt my fella..

just like guys going to the gym thinking they know what they are doing, they do the wrong workouts to hard and end up with no results…

Picking your routine is a very individual thing - it also depends on how much time you want to spend on your new hobby. If you’ve got plenty of time, hanging is the way to go for length gains - less time, jelqing might be better. But it’s up to you to decide what is best for you.
Jelqing and milking are the same thing …….. are you sure you’ve done your required reading? Hmmmm ……. maybe you’d better do a quick refresher!
2” - 3” are massive gains - few achieve these without considerable and sustained effort. Be prepared for a long haul if you want to see big results.
If you start with a warm up and low impact exersizes for the first few weeks then gradually increase the time and intensity this will significantly decrease the liklihood of injury. Listen to your body and if it hurts, stop!
Check out the Personal Routines section for tips on start out routines - modifying one of those may be a good place to start.

I can see it now, every year people go to the annual PE tournament, to have themselfs mesured, and the one who has the biggest gains by the next year wins. What kind of trophy would you have though :/
