Good luck to you on your restoration and, out of curiosity, what does the procedure entail?
Thanks and yes self improvement is the name of the game for most of us. I definitely don’t know anybody who is circumcised and complained of being too sensitive, but I suppose anything is possible.
The restoring procedure is to either manually, or using a device of some kind (tape, o-ring, DTR, CAT II) pull the skin forward and leave it in the stretched position over a period of time to stimulate mitosis and thus grow more skin. It is the same premise used by plastic surgeons that need to grow more skin (although they are able to accomplish it much quicker - months as opposed to years).
My guess is that somebody who is hypersensitive could use the same restoring procedure to grow more coverage so the glans never pops out unintentionally. That might solve the problem. Or simply exposing the glans on a regular basis to the abrasiveness of clothing, sheets, etc. Would definitely knock that sensitivity down, although the first few weeks would be quite an ordeal for some.
