What's your opinion on what REALLY matters when it comes to results?

I started doing the newbie routine a couple of weeks ago.
Everything was going well, until I started questioning myself: wait a minute.. Am I actually doing it right?
So I created some questions
There are my questions:
You see, when you Stretch, how much force should I apply? (I’m actually injured right now, waiting for my penis to heal because I stretched too much doing the newbie routine).
Does it really make a difference to jelq for 3s? Or 3 jelqs of 1 sec are actually the same thing?
What’s the intensity of the jelq?
Is it okay to warm down with the hot water of the shower? Or is the rice sock a better alternative?
These are, for the moment, my questions.
