I started doing the newbie routine a couple of weeks ago.

Everything was going well, until I started questioning myself: wait a minute.. Am I actually doing it right?

So I created some questions

There are my questions:

You see, when you Stretch, how much force should I apply? (I’m actually injured right now, waiting for my penis to heal because I stretched too much doing the newbie routine).

Does it really make a difference to jelq for 3s? Or 3 jelqs of 1 sec are actually the same thing?

What’s the intensity of the jelq?

Is it okay to warm down with the hot water of the shower? Or is the rice sock a better alternative?

These are, for the moment, my questions.

Relax into the stretch. Maintain pressure but don’t rip your dick off. Jelqs; 3 seconds is better, its to slowly force the blood upwards towards the glands. Warm down; hot shower, rice sock, towel soaked in hot water repeatedly, whatever you gotta do to get the tissues warm.

When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to do your exercise.

What if your skin stretches all the way to the glans from the 1 inch below point? I’ve been grabbing the base of my glans for the stretches, should I not?

Just do what he says: “one inch below the glans”.
If you grab right below the glans you can damage nerves.

If you have skin pull it bacl before do your stretch.

Yes, it is. I do this everytime after pump.

Does It Make A Difference?

Taking the opportunity of this thread, I also have a newbie question:

When jelqing, is it relevant if your fingers are fully wrapping your dick?
I mean, does it make a difference if your index and thumb are touching or not?

I am trying to determine if I will end up having less results if that is the case.
