When and for how long

Hi,
I am thinking of getting started with PE. However, I notice that it is a chunk of time commitment per PE session (I.e. An hour yeah?) Do/can/should you break this up into various sessions throughout the day? I.e. Wrap and stretch in the morning, wrap and jelq in the afternoon, and kegel at night?

Also, for those of you who have a girlfriend or wife that you see everyday, when do you do your PE? I ask because I am in a serious relationship and even though she doesn’t live here, she comes over just about everyday right after work and stays until she goes home to sleep. I’d rather her NOT know about my PE experiment.. Recommendations?

I was thinking of waking up an hour earlier every day to do my exercise BEFORE work.. Just seeing how you all manage your time in terms of squeezing in your PE session. Thanks.

Since you don’t want your girl friend to know that you do PE, you obviously have to do it before she comes over or after she has left. I suggest doing it in the morning before you go to work.
The newbie routine shouldn’t take you more than 30 minutes.

It’s perfectly alright to separate the exercises.

Starting out with the newbie routine should only take you 30 minutes or so and it sounds like the morning will be you best time to squeeze it in. In that amount of time, you should be able to wrap, stretch, jelq and wrap. You can even do your kegels while you wrap if you like. For that matter, you can kegel while holding your girlfriends hand. She will never know.
