When to add hanging and how to hang
I’m still using the newbie routine but I’m just wondering when I should add hanging,and how do I go about doing so ,I have weights here,2-1/2 lbs up to 5lbs .please explain what I do and how I do it ,ima stick to the newbie routine for a couple more weeks and then add hanging
Also ,I see all these weird names for excercises .care to help me out with the most common.thanks guys
