When to add hanging and how to hang

I’m still using the newbie routine but I’m just wondering when I should add hanging,and how do I go about doing so ,I have weights here,2-1/2 lbs up to 5lbs .please explain what I do and how I do it ,ima stick to the newbie routine for a couple more weeks and then add hanging

Also ,I see all these weird names for excercises .care to help me out with the most common.thanks guys

Please stick to your newbie routine. Hanging usually comes in after the 3rd or the 4th month of PE.

The way Thunder likes members to post (yes, we have grammar and spelling rules) is here. It looks like you’re trying to type fast, like in a chat room, because your punctuation is funny and you aren’t capitalizing the first word in sentences. There’s no need to rush here. PE takes time and you may as well spend some of it on making your posts more readable.

I agree with GOD that you’re way too early in your PE adventure to do anything other than the Newbie Routine for six to eight weeks. Wait until you start seeing gains, then wait some more until your gain rate slows down, before thinking about other methods.
