When to giddy up?

I’m rounding out my 2nd full month of PE and was curious when it might be appropriate to incorporate Horse squeezes into my routine? I’ve heard good things but also don’t want to rush things. I believe my PE health is improving but my erection strength could be alot better (no morning wood, etc) and I’m trying to avoid over training? Any advice? Thanks in advance.

Keep the newbie routine at least another month. Then it would wise decision to add horses to your routine :up: .
