When to move up in time

When to move up in time

Hi everyone,

I have a question about when to move up in time on the newbie routine?

As in, if you start with 10 min of jelqing, when and/or at what pace or determining factor should the time factor be bumped up?

Also, I have read that pain is bad and someone should not train through pain. But what about a tingle or sensation (as in being aware of the area that has been worked, not pain)?

Keep an eye on those “sensations” when they occur. They do not sound bad. You really just have to be careful for pain, extreme numbness, the color of black, or your dick falling off.

Well, no extreme numbness, color changes and …. hold on, lemme check ..

Just kidding, Shag. But it sounds like being aware of the area that has been worked isn't a reason to hold off on PE?

What about knowing when to move up in time? And thanks for your input.

You are right, being aware of the signs your penis is giving you is a reason to continue PE, and already shows that in a way, you are ready to upgrade. Just make sure you complete 3 months and then you can experiment by adding more reps etc.. Also look around and see what has and hasn’t worked for different people.

And to clarify the “when to move up in time” question:

I mean when to move up from 10 minutes of jelqing in the initial newbie routine towards the 20 minutes of suggested jelqing in the newbie routine. Not when to move on to advanced routines.
