Currently: BPEL: 7.5 EG: 5 Goal: The holy grail of course. (8x6)

Age: turning 19 next week.
Stats: Pre PE 16x14cm, now 21x17cm
Routine:

Length:
7x3 min stretching (l,r,u,d,so,dl,dr)
2x3 min invented v stretch
2x3 min two way stretch
4x15 JAI stretches
10 min low intensity (20-40%) jelqing

Girth:
2x10 min clamping
10x15 sec Ulis
10x15 sec horses
10 min high intensity (60-80%) jelqing

Always do this:
5x20 seconds amazing isometrics
3x20 short kegels (1-3 sec a rep)
2x10 long kegels (10-15 sec a rep)

Gains: 5 cm in length (18 months)
3 cm in girth (8 months)

My routine seems to be weak, however my gains seem to come quickly just from stretching! It is crazy.

I use the idea of rest heavily! I use just stretching and mild jelqing right after I take a shower, before I go to bed. So far I have gained about a half inch in just a few months. I want to hit above 7 inches in NBPEL.

30 second rotary stretches, 5 left and 5 right
Currently cementing then decon for a month

Girth:
No thanks

Other:
Kegels when I remember

Gains:
0.5” length - 2 months, ish
0.1” girth - 2 months, ish

Who said I am working on girth? I never did any girth exercises since last october.

I posted my girth workout because it was part of my routine.

Starting: 7.25 nbp 5.8 eg

Now: check signature (EG bottom of shaft is about 6.5)

Routine:
LENGTH jelq 15 min in shower 2-3 days a week usually, stretching throughout the day, Monty’s Weights

GIRTH various clamping + squeezes

-Also do isometrics

I usually do PE whenever I have time, but I would guess that I have a lot more break days than most. Have been PEing for a bit over a year, but a lot of this was on/off

I’m about 18 1/5 and I find P.E time consuming, it does really take time and commitment for me and so far, I’ve just started about a week ago I haven’t had any real noticeable gains although I am hoping to hit the 20cm mark and about 15cm girth. I’m not too sure if these goals are bit high but, starting at 17.5cm I should get there through time.

I’m on the newbie routine.
