Where do I go to for surgery skin bridge surgery, not PE

I know that there are a couple threads I’ve read about the topic of phimosis and/or skin bridges. I checked some of the links and discovered that I have pretty severe skin bridges. Now.. I’m pretty sure that I want to get this fixed.. Or at least what my prospects are in having a ‘normal’ looking penis. I also have a theory that severe skin bridges restricted penis growth because it prevents skin from unfolding during development.

In any case, I was wondering if somebody could help me with who I should go to first and how I can possibly get insurance to cover it. I’d probably put this in a different forum but I think I can’t post in other forums still. Has anybody done this surgery recently? If so, how much of your crown was covered with skin and how does your penis look now? I’d appreciate any help you guys can give me in this matter.

If anything.. Getting these cut will let me get a better hold on my head so I can finally do some decent stretching. I’m also really curious to see what I really should look like if the stupid Korean doctors decided not to tell my parents to hold back my skin after my circumcision. Oh well..

Also.. This is my first thread. Been sticking to my routine and still hoping to see gains! =)

First step, read the L.A. Yellow Pages: Physicians, then, under that, Urologists. All urologists are surgically trained. But that doesn’t mean that they are all good repair technicians. :)

Next, read up at Medscape for starters, about this proceedure which is fairly commonly done.

Learn all you can, THEN make your decision about who is going to do it.

i know that most of that seems pretty self explanatory for some… but I hate hospitals and I don’t know if I can afford this sugery if it isn’t covered by insurance.
