Where do you Grip exactly
Hello,
Just wondering where you exactly grip when doing a manual stretch, I am not a total newbie but
I’ve never recieved a simple answer
And the wrong grip can mean ED , which I think has discouraged a lot of newbies from even starting,
It has for me, has been very frustrating:(
Some people say you grip the head and it will be fine , I find this causes ED for me:( perhaps it’s ok
Maybe I was just gripping too hard:S,
Any tips on retaining grip will be helpful too as I find I just slip and end up gripping glans or start of glans
