Where should I start if I barely have time?
Hello, I want to start doing PE, but my schedules are really tight. Starting at 6 a.m. I have about 2 hours in the mornings to get ready, prepare breakfast, and get to college. I get out until 10:30 p.m. That’s my schedule all week except for Monday and Wednesday since I have 5 hours free in the mornings that I try to spend managing my business, and I also have the weekends free in the morning. Does anybody know about a routine that is going to be time efficient, will fit into my schedule and does not require heat since I also don’t have the privacy to spend a long time in the shower.
