Which Direction To Pursue
Hello, long time lurker
Will be starting a progress report shortly,
I’m at a size where I’m quite happy with my girth but would like to increase my BPEL with my stats as 6”BPEL X 6”EG
I have a cheap Chinese traction device, I also have hanging equipment and a bath mate and I’ve done jelqing previously sporadically for the last 10+years
Which direction should I base a structured program for BPEL gains. Girth isn’t what I’m looking for.
