I’ve been pe’ing now for a tad over 4 months. I started out with the newbie routine for about 2 months and didn’t gain much, if at all. I was just conditioning. The past 2 months I have intesified my routine and for the past 3 weeks I have introduced pumping into my routine. Here is how it stands now:
5 min warm-up
20 min stretch
10 min pump @ 5Hg
10 min jelq/jelq squeezes @ 80-90% erect
10 min pump @ 5Hg
10 min jelq/jelq squeezes @ 80-90% erect
I have gained .4 inches in BPEL, a minimal amount in girth (although post session I have about an additional .25-.5 inches). My flaccid gains have been great..I attribute that to my inclusion of pumping. Almost 1 in. in length and a tad bit of girth. I am really noticing a fuller cock since beginning pumping and I really feel like thats where my girth is going to come from. Check the PE data site for more info and enter your stats. Good Luck!
