Hi, I’m new, sorry for asking some newbie questions. But I just have to ask before I get my mind set on one of the methods. I’ve gone through a few posts about being uncut, and it seems that people go from hanging, and jelq, to other methods. But I wanted to hear from some of the “non-newbie” people on here on what would be the best for an uncut guy. Also which is safest way to get gains, I’m in no hurry to go Magnum, I’d rather take my time and have some safe gains. I keep seeing that “donut effect” and it kinda freaks me out. Any advice would be great. Thanks!

I’m uncut too. Start of course with newbie routine not with hanging. When stretch / jelq pull back your foreskin. Donut effect appear only to ‘cuts’ guys. For us, ‘the uncuts’, it’s happened sometimes, foreskin near the head to be inflated and irritate during / after PE, but this effect will disappear within one hour after finishing your routine.

Like Cos said, start with stretching and jelqing. Being uncut changes nothing for these exercises. I think that being uncut (which I am too) only complicates things if you hang ( which I’ve never tried). And the donut effect is nothing to be worried about. I get some kind of donut effect after each jelqing session. It is not painful and it goes away after a few hours or after I have an erection.

Just start with the newbie routine, be dedicated an consistent and read a lot.

I have question to add to all non-newbies who are UNCUT:

when stretching (i.e., manual, BTC or JAI) should I leave my foreskin over my glands, or pull them back?

Also, when I jelq, I never really kept my foreskin pulled back and didn’t notice any donut effect - I’m just wondering if having the skin pulled back or not effects gains, specifically length gains?

I’m also uncut. Things are easier for us. For example, we don’t have to use lubrication for jelqing. But certain things like hanging may prove more difficult, as our extra skin may provide less grip.

Oh.. No lubrication for jelqing, that sounds good, at least it won’t get messy around here. :)

So for jelqing, does one pull the foreskin behind the glans? Or just leave my sleeping hat on?

Thanks for the advice guys I will be looking into the newbie routine.

For me, the foreskin moves up and down with my milking motion.

I tried jelking with the skin pulled back, but it’s really hard so I don’t bother anymore.

Stretch with it not covering your glands.

I use always vaseline when I jelq because my skin, even like this, is irritated after my routine.

When stretching, (i.e., manual, BTC or JAI etc.) I pull back my foreskin, also during jelqing, since I make this with 60-90 % erect.

But everybody is different, so make it at your convenience !

I don’t think you can stretch properly without pulling back the foreskin. So yes, I pull it back. As for jelqing, I do it both with and without the skin puled back. When I pull back the skin, it really feels like it concentrates more on head girth.
