Which technique for lengthening would be best?
I am currently about 6.75” in length and 6”+ in girth. I am completely fine on the girth front and think it’d be nice to increase length.
I’ve done beginner manual stretches in the past and although I haven’t seen any gains, I still stretch my penis when I’m sitting down or in the shower.
This is to no avail, however.
So, I want to progress to a more intensive routine which would involve either a hanger or an extender. Which one would you recommend for my situation?
Also, does greater girth make length gains harder to achieve?
