Which technique for lengthening would be best?

Which technique for lengthening would be best?

I am currently about 6.75” in length and 6”+ in girth. I am completely fine on the girth front and think it’d be nice to increase length.
I’ve done beginner manual stretches in the past and although I haven’t seen any gains, I still stretch my penis when I’m sitting down or in the shower.
This is to no avail, however.

So, I want to progress to a more intensive routine which would involve either a hanger or an extender. Which one would you recommend for my situation?
Also, does greater girth make length gains harder to achieve?

How would a penis pump help? I thought ultimately that it was a temporary boost.

Once your conditioned for pumping you can use it for longer periods of time. It will hold you at a length past your present BPEL. I gained two inches in length via pumping.

As Titleist said, do a manual routine for at least 6 months to get conditioned for the pump. Get a pump just big enough for your girth plu a 1/4 or so. Then pump for longer durations at lower pressure once the tube is packed it really starts pulling at the length. I gained over 1.5 in length from the pump even though I was focused purely on girth. Eat well, exercise, do your manual stretches daily and pump often. It takes years but it works.

I love pumping. So far it has only gave me girth which is more than fine. I gaine girth easier than length so there’s that. Im shooting for 8×6 I dont even know what my stats are at this moment im going to measure tonight.

I love the behind the cheek stretch i feel like i get a great pull. Just my 2 cents. I actually hate stretching i find it boring and i have ADHD so it makes it worse. I honestly just follow what titelist says. Hes knows his shit and is a good guy.

How long did it take you guys to gain your 1.5 and two inches?

Just a question, may be stupid, but when you guys say “the tube is packed”, what do you mean? Thanks in advance.

Not sure if I should chime in just yet, however, here are my two cents. I’ve only been at this for about a month and a half, and already increased my BPEL my a little over a quarter of an inch, thanks to hanging and extending in combination. Hanging, seems to stretch the member, and increase its ability to pull out further from the Pelvis, whereas extending seems to help it heal, while stretched so your BPEL grows.

TLDR? Hanging for BPFSL and Extending for BPEL.

Besides that, I’d strongly suggest looking at those in the “gainer hall of fame” category. I.E. Titleist, Thoughtful Gold, Thickambitions, and Ganesh10in to learn how they gained, and then implement it into your routine, or build off of their methods, because that shit WORKS. It takes time, to be sure, but it can be done.
