Also, I was noticing that no one here does Squeezes for Girth. I’ve heard on other sites that it’s hands down the best way to gain girth. I gained a lot of flaccid girth, and I think it’s mainly from my Squeezes. I think they’re really good although they may be a little bit more advanced for newbie routines. I went right into them and didn’t have a problem. Give em’ a shot! :P

Tell us how you do the squeezes? How much flaccid girth gain have you achieved with them? Has there been any erect girth gain with these squeezes?

Yep I started out with squeezes aswell, before I had found this site. I got the exercise from the “massivemember” site.

You basically just get a 100% erection, then while kegalling, squeeze the ventral and dorsal sides of the shaft with index finger and thumb. Hold for 2 seconds then move up the shaft. I think I went from about 4.8” girth to 5” in a month or two doing this…

You are squeezing the nerve bundle by doing this, and so this is why I no longer do them, to risky IMHO (see above for definition :D )

I thought IMHO means in my humble opinion.

I always thought it was Honest, could be both though.

Anyways, I do squeezes differently. I got two PMs asking me how I do them, so I’ll explain:

I get about a 70% erection or so. Take your one of your hands [doesn’t matter which one at first because you’ll definitely have to rotate hands] and form a OK grip just below the glans of the penis. I personally sometimes grab the bottom of the glans to get most of the penis filled with blood [I don’t really like large glans, so I don’t mind if it doesn’t get any bigger. :) ]. Then take your other hand, whichever is not being used, and form a tight OK grip at the base of the penis, Push into the fat pad to get a maximum squeeze to the penis so that you get most of the penis to bulge. Before you squeeze, ensure minimal amounts of blood can get into the glans without being uncomfortable. Then perform a kegal to surge blood into the penis. At the height of the kegal. Squeeze your hand at the base of your penis to trap the blood in the penis. You should see/feel your penis in what appears to be a full, rock-hard erection with no wiggle room. This is good. Keep doing this on and off, and massage/flop your penis around in between reps to keep your penis filled with blood to ensure you don’t get injured. You’ll have to rotate hands because I personally ALWAYS get cramps in my hands, and I like to be able to feel my hands afterwards. And also, I like to do the OK grip with palm facing the bottom of my dick so as I can feel the blood in my penis and make sure it’s being expanded to the maximum. I usually do about 50 reps a day, some people do less, at about 5-10 seconds each.

A lot of people do variations of this technique with different times and pressure, and different methods. THis is my personal way of doing it. Let me know if you like it, Add it to your routine if you like. There was a forum [Big Al’s forum] I saw before that said these were crucial to good girth gains, and I thought, why not? And so I do them every time.
