White Dots How To Get Rid Of Them ?

Hi, I didn’t ever notice any red dots on my cock, but randomly one morning I noticed my dick was riddled with white dots. Am I going too hard? And how can I get rid of them?

Actually no, if I have any they are extremely tiny, but what I meant was these dis colored spots on the shaft. They aren’t all the way white but they are just spots on my skin that are lighter than the rest

Yeah I guess it’s not much of a problem. The only way I found to make them less visible is by lightening up the skin around them
