White dots on base of penis from jelqing

Hi, I started jelqing 2 weeks ago and since then I’ve developed white dots on the shaft near the base of my penis. It’s not like the white spots that seems to be common for others. They are faint and there are a lot of them. If it makes a difference I have been using lotion instead of lube. Is this something anyone else has experienced before and is there reason for concern?

It sounds a bit like you have Sebaceous glands showing up, they may have become more prominent from the jelqing I had the same experience then they started to disapear and I have fewer than when I started now.
