Also, it would be wise to be realistic on the outset of your journey. What others have accomplished may make a poor ruler for your own efforts. It would be well to hold the time and effort these people have invested in higher esteem, for thats whats gonna get you there, not a picture.

Great advice here. Look at the member pics section and check the before PE stats and where they are now. There are so many variables to good (or any) gains: dedication, your beginning size, how your dick responds to the stress you place on it, and whether you “stumble” onto a routine that works for you. A lot of it is trial and error. For me long sessions—one to two hours a day for four months—did it. Plan on not seeing noticeable gains for a few months, at least. That’s what I’ve learned from this site.
