who invented the art of PEing

Does anyone know who and where the these techniques to make our dicks bigger came from. Sorry if this has been covered in depth, I just don’t know.
After digging around on the net, I have come across contradicting information regarding this. Some say it started in them middle east other say Africa and some sites say it a very recent thing and puts the other myth down as complete lies.

I thought about what we are all involved in self improvement of a very personal kind and it got me thinking as to who do we owe our gratitude to for making these exercises or multiple of pioneers?

Does anyone know any information regarding this and if you guys have come up with their own techniques and through trial and era it would great to here from you.

Though photos of some tribesmen are fake I think there must be some tribes who stretch properly (i.e. not stretch causing impotence). Tribes are known to stretch many other body parts so some must be stretching the obvious part they would like longer.
