There is so much info everywhere, I don’t know where to start!

I have seen the requested routine-

5 min hot wrap
5 min manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
10 min of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
5 min hot wrap
50 kegels of five second holds each

But there is so much info I don’t know if this is what I should do exactly.. There are several different methods of jelqing and stretching.. It seems there must be a more effective begginer workout.

Has anyone come up with a very simple begginers workout plan that is not too long(over an hour) and is very effective?

I guess what I am asking for is a more descriptive workout.. Thanks guys.

That’s a pretty simple routine, if I do say so.

I started out with just a warm up in a cup of hot water and 20 minutes of jelqs every other day. That worked well enough to condition my dick for the first 6 months to a year.

I guess that simple routine would work for someone just to get started and they could taylor it to their specific needs or available time as they need it.

Always nice when a new guy takes the time to do a crawl before asking questions. On the other hand this place can be tough on a researcher. We have one hell of a lot of archives to crawl through.

The whole point of the beginners workout is to condition your willie and learn the basic mechanics of PE. To that end, start with the absolute basic newbee workout and then gradually try out different variations that have worked for others. Gathering knowledge first is great; but, this is very much a hands on activity.

One question though, when doing the simple stretch, should my penis be flaccid or half erect? It’s also kind of hard for me to do it like in the Vid.. Considering my dick is way smaller than that(is that flaccid!) and uncut..

Yes you want to be completely flaccid. As long as you can create a grip around your glans you should be fine.
