Why Do Some People Gain And Others Don't?

Hi,

Why do some people gain a lot in a short time, some gain but over time and some just don’t gain at all no matter what they do?

Is it because of techniques, routines, genetics, starting size, circumcision etc.?

Because the non gainers are either under training either over training. And in the majority of these cases is over training.

The other reason is not having the proper technique when we speak about manual PE

Diet is key along with your anabolic state. If your packing muscle on at the gym, it’s a good time to do PE.

I am a life time natural body builder and my nutrition is always on point , but nutrition has nothing to do with PE.

PE is like doing the splits… and splits don t have to do anything with the diet.

Strong disagree here.

Good nutrition and exercise strengthen the heart and improve blood flow which are both beneficial for PE.

I disagree as well. A good diet is beneficial period for a better quality of life but you can eat like shit and not exercise while still gaining very well. I did it for years lol.

There are few absolutes in the PE world, except safety. What works for one doesn’t always work for all.

Is it a requirement to eat well and exercise to have PE gains? No.
Does a good diet and exercise inhibit PE growth? Of course not.
Can a good diet and exercise promote better growth? Damned hard to prove but I would place my money on yes.

Good nutrition and exercise are offering maximum EQ VS a couch potato person that eats Burgers and suggars and may have shitty EQ especially if he is over 40yo.
There are big gainers that have diabetes and they have ED and they can have sex only on viagra etc.
The point of having great EQ while being on a PE program is a positive PI that shows that gains will come because you are not overtraining or undertraining.
Also the great EQ is vital in order for the already made gains to show up… because with a poor blood flow , max expansion of the dick can t happen.
BUT having a great EQ doesn t speed up the actual gains.
Dick is like a ballon…. you can stretch a ballon(dick parts) and make it get longer and thicker even without blowing Air( blood ) inside it.
BUT if the air that you blow inside is not much … then this stretched out state(gains) that has happened will not be able to show up.
So … in conclusion… GAINS can happen even with poor EQ BUT they can t show up so much because of poor EQ.

So the ONLY reason of gains or no gains is that some people are training productively and others are not

That is a very simplistic assumption for a complex situation. You have taken the whole of PE and divided it into two categories. This is so incorrect.

The easy example is some one who has gains for a period of time, then stalls for a bit, then gains again, all with the same program. The reason his PE training was productive, then ineffective, then productive again was due to some other outside influence, like stress or illness or another of the myriad rhings which affect our health and well being.

I think we’ll have to agree to disagree.

Productively and unproductively can be the same routine on different days or weeks. This is borne out in the experiences of many members. There’s a constant struggle between a routine and and the penis’ ability to cope with it. There are so many factors involved in, that it’s impossible to say what will work best for a particular person at a particular time. If it were simply a case of hanging a specified weight for x minutes, this forum probably wouldn’t need to exist.

It’s much like body building, in that respect.

I’m glad I touched a point here! Seriously I have been the kind of person who can barely make gains in the gym or in PE unless my diet is spot on. It’s cool to see how some ppl can eat like shit and still make gains either way! So I think my point and the counter point are both valid. It depends on the individual. Some ppl over train, some under.
