There are so many factors involved. Age, diet, rest, amount of stress we inflict on our bodies and our dicks, and fluctuations in our bodies natural hormone rhythms.
One of the aspects of PE that doesn’t get discussed enough is that each of us is different enough that general advice about PE from others often doesn’t apply to us.
The answer is that you have to discover what works for you and what doesn’t.
For me it seems that right now hanging is the answer. My EQ has skyrocketed, I feel as if I’m growing finally after a year and a half (I haven’t measured yet) and I want my wife more than ever.
And the same work-out might not do anything for the next person.
So we have to read what others have done, experiment and, for the beginner, start off slowly and don’t give up if one or two things have little or no effect at all.
Something will.
