So I feel like BPFSL is the best way to track your length progress to determine the effectiveness of your routine.. Especially since BPEL really does depend on your EQ at the time. One issue I have is the durastic changes in BPFSL I am seeing. The other day I got super excited with a BPFSL of 7.25”.. The next day it was at 7.0”. Both measurements were taken post workout, post heat, and at a similar time of day. Anyone else experience this? Any idea to why it does this? Also, is there a better way to track the effectiveness of your routine?

It might due to an inconsistent measurement method. Even though EQ is a very important factor affecting measurement with BPEL, there are other factors to take into account even after you take EQ out of the picture by measuring BPFSL. For example, especially if you are using a ruler rather than a tape measure, the position of your eyes relative to the tip of your penis can significantly affect measurement results. From personal experience, I noticed that I could get an increase in the measured BPFSL of up to 0,2” by just slightly moving my head forward while measuring. Also, you need to make sure that the position and the tilt of the ruler are the same each time you measure.

I find my measurements vary depending on the time of day. More importantly my body temperature.

Thanks for the replies. I am quite confident that I am taking a very consistent measurement each time. It is a measurement that I take almost everyday.

Titleist.. I will agree with you there. I think that does offer some explanation. Its just odd that everyday after my heat warmup the measurement isn’t always consistent. I imagine multiple variables play a role here.

Now I’m trying to figure out if BPFSL is a decent indicator of a successful length routine or not. I seem to be gaining in the BPFSL department but not the BPEL. Some days I am up to a 1” difference. The question is, does the TGC theory hold true and should I switch to a girth heavy routine?

A flaccid penis can change size a lot of times in a day. It’ s actually normal. Always take into consideration the highest measurement cause it shows the full potentials of your dick.

That’s what I think.


BPEL 7 EG 5.5 NBPEL 6.5 Flaccid length 4.5. Started Jan 2015 at bpel 6.5 nbpel 6.0 and eg 5.2 flaccid length was 3.5

I have reached my goal. At least for now.
