Why does EQ improve so much from a small amount of stretching?

I’ve read enough to know that I am not alone in experiencing dramatic improvement in EQ. And I have read about lengthening process, but is there a consensus about why it is that EQ improves so very dramatically? What is the mechanism at work here?

Also a second question: Why isn’t this process advocated for this purpose? For improving health, function? It’s very strange to me that this dramatic benefit doesn’t seem to get much play.

Stretching or hanging usually has a negative effect on EQ. If you’re noticing higher EQ chances are your stretching very lightly and probably jelquing which is what is improving your EQ. If I hang or stretch hard for a week without jelquing I lose EQ, not gain it. Jelquing and girth work on the other hand do always improve my EQ (Ulis, jelquing, clamping, pumping).

Stretching also reduces my EQ. Sometimes drastically. For some people it may be different, especially if the stretching is done lightly. However don’t forget that most people, when starting something new and health related (PE) don’t stop with the physical aspects. In general they start looking at their diet and exercise a bit more, maybe stop smoking, drink a little less, supplements etc. Also being optimistic about being able to get an actual, real life bigger dick can be a huge boost to confidence and/or EQ. On top of that you probably don’t only stretch, but jelq/pump/squeeze/edge also.

That said, maybe (light or otherwise) stretching improves your EQ! Good PI for you then, keep stretching. For me clamping and edging are EQ champions and stretching is somewhat of a killer. Except for JAI stretches. But don’t forget the surrounding factors too.

Yes the stretching that I am achieving is only with using the extender and although I take it close to max tension, I understand the forces are comparatively light. But from what I’m reading those stretching induced reductions in EQ are just temporary when those past initial gains have to push it. But I believe that overall many experience tremendous improvements in EQ. It’s just interesting to me that that’s regarded as a byproduct rather than objective. It’s just not clear to me why this happens. Somehow it seems that this process opens things up so that there is greater engorgement of the tissues.

In a way it seems similar to bodybuilding where if you do high reps and volume and get a pump and do that consistently for a while it’s easier to get a pump and you get a bigger pump going forward.

Stretching, unless extremely light, destroys my EQ.

In retrospect I think I got the wording of the thread wrong, should of said extending rather than stretching. Its a novice lack of precision of terms.
