Why is BPEL more accurate than NBPEL?+ I think I have gained.

That is my question which is in the title.

I think I have gained 0.0625 inches in the past 1 month with the newbie routine. My erect length non bone pressed was 4.5 inches. Now it shows 4.5625 inches. Girth shows 4.5 inches. But I don’t think that is an increase it is more of a wrong measurement I did in the beginning. I think I pressed the tape too hard. In the beginning it measured 4.375 inches. My BPEL was 5 inches and now it shows 5.0625 inches.

The non bone pressed one always fluctuates between 4.4 to 4.5625. But the BPEL always shows 5.0625 even if non bone pressed is 4.4 or 4.5 or 4.5625.

This next month I will increase manual stretches by 2 minutes keeping everything else the same.

Start: BPEL: 5 inches, EG:4.5 inches, NBPEL: 4.5 inches

Goal: BPEL: 6 inches, EG: 5 inches. NBPEL: 5.5 inches.Start Date 22nd Feb 2009.

"Oh baby, I love your naivete!".

Because it gives everybody claim to an additional inch.

The logic is that it takes into account the loss or variable created by any “fat pad”. If we’re going to measure with any ability to compare or create consistent results, then we need to create a universal standard from which to measure. The pubic bone is a constant for the most part across individuals. The fat pad is not. Therefore, bone pressed is an accepted, consistant point of reference for the purpose of consistent and comparable measurement across individuals.

Or something like that. Did I win the essay contest?

I was gonna say, RootCap's hot. - kitten

NBPEL month to month is dependant on weight gain or loss. You could lose weight and think you have made gains, when in reality PE didn’t cause the change. Or you could think you are losing gains due to overtraining or something, but it could be due to weight gain.

Public bone doesn’t move, like Rootcap said. So whether you lose weight or gain, your BPEL should be the same. For me, BPEL is alot easier to measure for consistancy because of being confident in measuring the same way each time. (I push very hard every time). I regard soft bone pressed as more of a true measurement but it makes consistancy harder. What if you are desperate for gains and push harder without realising it?

With NBP though, I find it harder to measure in the same spot everytime. I measure lots of different ways each month , but the one I use primarily to know if I gained in that month or not is BPEL because it’s the only one I’m 100% confident in. Kegelling during measurement removes the erection quality variable as well. Good luck in your gains.

Thanks guys.

I think it’s a good idea monitoring the BPFSL, also.

What is BPEL and how to do it?

Place your cursor on the acronim for a couple of seconds and an hint should appear. Welcome on TP.

Extremely important to measure BPFSL. BPEL is a consistent measurement. I would say depending on how overweight a person may or may not be 90%+ BPEL is usable.

Starting Stats: BPEL = 5.875, EG = 4.375 <> Current Stats: BPEL = 7.25, EG = 4.6

I’ve just started PE today but didn’t measure the BPFSL.hmmm.

Anyway .I’m thinking of doing 1 or 2 weeks of newbie routine and if my unit is ok with the stress, then maybe order an extender.

The gains for extenders looks ok (from commercials) but it requires a lot of time. Hope I can squeeze my schedule and stick with this training.

Peace!

Peace. I would stay at least three months on the newbie routine before jumping on the extender. Just my personal opinion of course.

Best wishes on gains.

BPEL = Bone pressed erect length. You do this by pressing against your fat pad while measuring.

Yep. You get an A-. It’d be a solid A but not everyone gains an inch. It depends on your fat pad.

We never stop learning isn’t it?

That’s my motto anyway.

Hmm.. Maybe you’re right. My unit is feeling weird with all this stretch and pulling (even if it’s very light).
Can’t imagine pulling 1kg of force on it yet :)

Plus the injury threads kind of scared me, because if you have a genetic malformation is like a clock bomb waiting to explode. And doing PE with this, is like playing with this bomb.. Maybe you’re going to cut the wrong wire before your time is off.hmm

Anyway .. I’ll regard this PE newbie routine as a health exercise. I’m even doing testicle massage (I don’t like doing it.. But I try) for general health.
I kind a feel a discomfort when doing this, maybe because I got a big kick in the balls couple of years ago. So a little massage here and there can only make good for the blood to move around. And with close monitoring for couple of weeks/month, maybe I’ll decide if PE is for me or not depending on the body response. Better be safe than sorry! I have only one dick after all.

All the best!
